Hello everyone. You’re looking at a new weblog dedicated to one of my favorite subjects – fitness. To be more specific, fitness and health, but this blog is really going to focus on my reviews of fitness equipment and various techniques and workout regimens to stay fit and active for life.

I will also ask readers to share their respective reviews of fitness products, their own fitness regimens and special ways they have to stay fit. Fitness is a unique aspect of everyone’s life, because everyone has their own perspective on what activity levels they need to achieve to personally stay as healthy as they can be, without working out too long and taking time out of their precious schedules.

Fitness routines from Yoga and Pilates, to vigorous cardiovascular endurance workouts will be explored and shared here, as well as their pros and cons. Fitness equipment for home use and gym use will be reviewed extensively as well as smaller pieces of fitness “accessories”, a growing trend to prevent workout boredom today.

Some health and dieting issues will also be bandied about, as what we eat also has a lot to do with our level of fitness and health. So, welcome, and I hope you will share with us your experiences with fitness and general wellness.
