The belt of the Proform 750 is of a good enough length and width to allow for some serious stride for runners or power walkers. The weight capacity of 300 pounds is also a great advantage, with lots of additional features like speeds of up to 10 miles per hour and a gradient of up to 10 percent.
The padded deck allows more comfort while walking or running, making it easier to work out longer and harder, even with delicate knees.
Watch your progress around a simulated quarter mile track on the display in front of you, and use the current speed and the time required to cover a mile at that speed to plan your workout and rate yourself.
Indicators will keep a running count of how far you have come so far, and hand grips will give you the readings you want for your heart rate as you work out.
